Just one word: goosebumps. That’s what was needed and we did it. We came up with an original song wrote and produced in one day for the last Latte’s campaign. Pure magic.

We love this film because it is a truth told beautifully. Proof that brand films should not be about brands but about people. Directed by Japan’s Hisashi Eto – we had the pleasure of working on an original song that moves gracefully with the film and supplies the emotional charge to the story. As one Youtube commenter put it: “it hits you right in the feels”.
client: Juice
We were asked to create an original song and sound design that blurs the line between dream and reality for the directors cut of this campaign for Porsche.

Ice in Our Veins is the Canadian Olympic Team presented as never before. Shot by the legendary Mark Zibert, this film is a compelling example of how original music, sound design and moving picture should dance together to create goosebumps. Our work was to make sure that they do just that.

client: Philips & MassiveMusic
During my time as a Creative Director at MassiveMusic, I was responsible for developing a unique sound identity for Philips. Our aim was to think beyond a sound logo. We decided to develop a playable instrument that could create not only a sound logo, but entire scores or songs. The sound of this instrument would not only be diverse and distinct, but distinctly Philips. Because the sound of this instrument was made by sampling the product that started it all for Philips: the lightbulb.
client: Juice / Mitsubishi
We produced this original score for the Director’s Cut version of a film for the new, stunning Mitsubishi Egelberg Tourer. Directed by Michal Misinski from Juice films.
client: Visa
Ballet, let me introduce you to some beats. Beats? Meet ballet. I think you two will get along. We wrote the original track, where beats meet ballet, to express the idea of new normal for Visa.

A short film announcing the Universal Street Games in Japan. We handpicked the talented Tony Ofori to make the script come alive with his incredible voice, and crafted a head nodding urban anthem to bring the film to life.
client: CBC
A short and impactful piece promoting the 2018 Winter Olympics. We found a rare gem in the voice of young actor and rapper Tony Ofori. Then we spent long hours crafting the sound design. Then we spent more long hours playing with the timing of sounds and syllables. The result is a compelling sequence of sight and sound – an ode to “roar”.
client: Dutch National Opera
You Don’t Know Opera is a campaign conceived for the National Dutch Opera by Anomaly Amsterdam. As a part of this campaign, the award winning film director – Ruben Van Leer – shot a film about one of the opera’s tenors – who also happens to be a boxer. We remixed Benjamin Britton’s piece and crafted the sound design – and most importantly – choreographed them to dance together in a seamless, hypnotic build.

A beautiful and moving call to celebrate diversity featuring the legendary New Zealand All Blacks and Ferns. We were responsible for creating an original score, which was composed and recorded in Amsterdam featuring musicians from the renowned Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra.

UBS is the largest wealth management bank in the world. They commissioned MassiveMusic to create their very own sound identity, and as the creative director of MassiveMusic Amsterdam at the time, I was responsible for developing and delivering the final concept to the client. We handpicked three sublime chords and recorded them on the biggest piano in the world.
